Tenuta San Guido (Sassicaia)

Sassicaia, a Cabernet-based wine first made for the family's own table, broke every rule of Tuscan tradition and became the original "Super Tuscan".

Its success created the Bolgheri appellation, and it remains the only single estate with its own DOC, Bolgheri Sassicaia.
