Kilchoman

The first distillery built on Islay in 124 years is also its most complete: Kilchoman grows barley in the surrounding fields, malts part of it on its own floor, distils, matures and bottles — the whole journey from soil to glass on one farm. Its young, vigorous malts wear their peat brightly, with citrus and vanilla lift, and the 100% Islay releases are the purest expression of single-farm whisky in Scotland.
