Created by Eugène-Aimé Salon, the house makes a single wine: a blanc de blancs from Chardonnay grown in the grand-cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
It is produced only in the very greatest vintages — fewer than 40 in over a century — and ages for many years before release.
