A family house since 1626, Trimbach is the great champion of the dry, austere, structured Alsace style — the opposite of the region's richer growers.
Its summit is Clos Sainte Hune, a tiny parcel widely considered the finest dry Riesling in France, alongside the great Cuvée Frédéric Émile.
