Westland

Westland set out to make single malt that could only come from the Pacific Northwest: five-malt grain bills including chocolate and roasted malts, Belgian brewer's yeast for orchard-fruit esters, and maturation in the cool marine air of Puget Sound. Its Garryana series champions a native Northwest oak species never before used for whiskey, spicy and clove-dark. A founding voice of the American Single Malt category, now recognised in law.
